"Melee crit multi" with Static stirke
Does the "melee crit multi" mod works for lightnings attacks from Static strike skill?

I think it does. POB shows melee crit-multi applying to both the melee hit and the beam.
The wiki says: "Beam damage is considered damage from the attack that granted static energy. Properties that apply to entire attacks such as Ruthless Support or exertion by Intimidating Cry or Ambush will apply to both the strike and the beams for their full duration, unless removed by beams from a new attack." I'm not sure why it is worded like that exactly. I don't know of any other source of gaining the static energy than from the melee strike itself. If there is some way of gaining the static energy from a non-melee attack, melee mods may not apply to the beam in that case. I'm not sure how that would be done. There may be some sort of niche case, but I think if you are using the melee skill to the static energy, the beams should be inheriting the all the melee modifiers. I certainly took advantage of that last league, when I raised a tanky hardcore character in Phrecia for achievements. As the line stated, a Ruthless Blow (every third attack while supported by Ruthless Support) won't only do more damage with the weapon swing, but also with the static energy resulting from it.
