Unable to connect to the website

For the past few days, I’ve been unable to log into the POE website, whether through Steam or email.

I enter my credentials, and the login page just keeps loading endlessly.

After days of struggling, I discovered that this only happens when someone else in my household is also connected to the POE website. In short, only one person in my home can be logged into the site at a time
