Problem with poe 1 and my laptop

Hello guys,

As the title say i'm having a lot of trouble playing the game with my laptot, here are the info about that:
ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507VU4
Intel Core 13ma gen i7-13700H
RAM 16GB, 512GB SSD PCIE
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 6GB

Now the main problem is that i can't even log into the game, i can see my char list and then nothing happen i get stucked on the loading screen for Oriath.
I tryed lowering the resolution,, using vsync, changing from DX11 to Vulkan to DX12, every possible combination of game and video settings but nothing change.
Am i doing something wrong? Maybe the processor is not good enough?
I don't know but maybe someone can help me solving thi problem
( I had another problem with shader keep being high AF and freezing everything, but we keep this out for the moment )
