Memory tear missions

I've had similar issues to others in this thread that for 2 days now I have yet to encounter a memory mission thread. Not the map drops they seem to be working fine and I'm finding T16.5 but after many maps at level 97 I've suddenly stopped seeing the mission that lead to boss encounters entirely.

Having the same issue, memory tear missions are no longer spawning in my maps even with the atlas nodes. Not sure why this is an issue now, but it seemed fine a couple days ago where i was getting the quest pretty often.

Have the same problem..

Ran literally hundreds of T16 maps with the "chance for your maps to contain memory tears" nodes allocated and simply do not get any tear questlines. I am certain I do not have one active on any of my characters.

Like others say, the maps work fine, I've got a tab full of them and still no tear.

[edit] I got one now running some maps with no mods or content based on advice in a thread from July. Some people there posited that maybe there is something wrong with the consistency because it gets pushed off because there is too much content in the map at the time?
