Memory Tears extremly rare since patch?

I am doing the memory tear challenges atm. I had one in 126 maps so far. Are they really that rare or is it bugged atm?
Questline done, atlas chance specced and no active memory on the atlas. Last bumped on Jul 2, 2025, 7:00:09 AM

The spawn rate on these tears are absolutely insane. Whoever made the calculation for it needs to step on legos.
