Eater of the Worlds altar map duplicating chance does not work

Hi,

I have been running Eater of the World altars maps for a while and noticed that the chance to duplicate maps does not work, seemingly at all. Today I managed to get over 100% chance for maps dropped by slain enemies to be Duplicated, but after killing a monster it dropped a map which was not duplicated.
