Repeating constan crashes around 11AM each day - doesn't happen after that

So this is a weird one. I can play for 10h straight without any problems but each day since the league launch my game crashes at the same time around 10AM-11AM central European time.

Can't play during that time, I restart the game, log in, and after 1min it crashes to desktop. I give up and do some other things and after a while it goes back to normal and game stays on for hours.

I don't know if other people are having the same issue, is this server related or do I try to fix it on my end?
