Latency issues MTR included

Dear community!

3.26 came for me with big latency issues. Sometimes I can play without any issues but more often than I wish, my ping is ramping up to infinity. And after few seconds im back at login screen.

Other times ping -whenever i leave "town" - is constantly jumping up and down (valuse from 30 to 300).

Could any1 take a look and point me into a direction, where I should start solving my issue?
