https://imgur.com/a/VvOMUIT Eldrich Exalted Orb cannot add prefix modifier, even when dominat is Searing Exarch.It says that "This item may not have another suffix mod.". I used Eldrich Annulment on item and it works fine, it delete prefix modifier so the problem is in exalt.
