Title: Overlapping Decorations (example, Summoning Circle) flickering / glitching

Description • When two or more “Summoning Circle” floor plates overlap, they now flicker heavily (Z-fighting?), graphic glitches on them overlapping. • Behaviour started around patch 3.25, persists in 3.26.x. Steps to Reproduce 1. Place two Summoning Circles on the same spot in a hideout. 2. Exit edit mode → textures flicker every frame. Already Tested 1. all Options have been tested and only Upscale Mode affects the behaviour: NIS Default has the graphical glitches statically. But flickering only occurs when the character moves. All other Upscalers have continuous flickering on any setting. FSR, XESS, DLSS, on all granularities of Render Resolution. 2. Also tested Renderer DX11, DX12 and Vulcan to be the same. 3. HDR and NON HDR tested on 2 different monitors for 100% being able to exclude HDR and its settings from the equasion.
