Tullina bugged in heist, whole BP bricked!

Ran a level 81 4 wing revealed heist bp and can't progress in this wing because Tullina just freezes once she tries to open the door. I need this door open to get to the loot room, so the whole wing is completely bricked.

Leaving and coming back did not fix her.

I tried the other wings and she refuses to do anything. So now every wing is bricked,
