Eater Altar bug.

Hi,

Just wanted to pass on the altar that gives reward 'Final Boss drops 6 additional Orbs of Alteration isn't working.

Just had it on t16 Strand map and no Alts dropped on them...and no I'm not hiding them on filter, farming alts for axe spamming.
