CAN'T PLAY, CHANGE EMAIL, OR ADD STEAM ACCOUNT

I no longer have access to my old email (needed to verify steam account, location changes, email changes).
I've email support niumerous times to no avail. How can I fix this issue. There seems to be nothing I can do? Support is asking for transaction ids, which I dont have (most purchases were made with prepaid credit cards. Please help. Last bumped on Jul 1, 2025, 11:19:16 PM

I have contacted them many times. They say that I can't be helped bacause I don't have any transaction ids. I've given them all the other info they've asked for.
Ive spent more than $300usd in support of this game amd it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth to think that I cant continue playing BECAUSE I DONMT HAVE ACCESS TO MY OLD EMAIL. I know my password and account info, I cant add a steam account without email verification, I cant change email without verification and now I cant play without email verification (due to 'location change' [ vpn was on by mistake]... Great game ruined by terrible customer service. |

Yet I get nowhere with emailing support. Nothing but boilerplate stating that they need the transaction ids to proceed even though I have provided tons of info pertaining to the account and to the transaction history of the account.
Its not my fault that the game blocked me for changing locations and i cant get the email or change my email or add my steam account. THis is rediculous. Nothing but copy pasted responses via email and these forums. |
