Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation + Runegraft of the Novamark not working together after the patch

Good evening,

Blade Blast of Dagger Detonation does not trigger at marked target with the Runegraft of the Novamark after the patch today.

Astral Projector still works.

Cast while channeling also works with the Runegraft.

Only Self cast is not working as supposed.

Hope this can be fixed.
