Patch Update has been installed but it still says I need to update it to the new patch

I can't login at all. I'm on M1 Macbook pro. I've uninstalled and installed 3 times and still can't login. What can I do to resolve this?

+1There has been a patch that you need to uptade to.please restart Path of exile.
