Steam validatin files every game start

After todays patch steam is validating game files at every start up. At the login screen it tells me that "there is a patch and PoE has to be restarted". If I restart the game Steam starts validating again.

Hi i have the same probleme on my both computers at two dif locations.
Im' playing in La reunion (south africa server)
When i log the game often ask me to update and i can't log , but if i change server (like singapore) it logs me on !
If i quit the game i have to repatch it throught steam :'(

My steam account is linked to reunion servers.

I don't know why it's bugging but it's very annoying.
