Not really much else you can do other than put eldritch and eater implicits on them and bench craft a prefix. They'd be better if they had 1 less resist and t1 or t2 spell suppression but you'd might as well start over on a new base if you want that imo unless you want to use the memory strands to craft. They're usable as is but not worth much I wouldn't think, the memory strands might make them worth more than they would be otherwise.

The memory strands basically give you chance at hitting higher mod tiers.
Depends what you are wanting to do, probably bench craft. I'm assuming you want it for attack build and are happy enough with all those mods. Need to decide if u want eldritch mods on it. I think the only reason not to do that would be if you want to slam it with influenced orb, which gets prevented by eldritch. Whether they are good enough to do that or not currency wise is probably up to you. Slamming with normal exalt might be an option, with the strands helping, but I would think it is more likely to brick than reliably getting something from the bench. Really depends what you are after. If you are wanting to change any of those mods, beast, eldritch currency or combinate might be an option, but there would be a large chance of wrecking the mod you want. It depends what you are trying to achieve and your budget. Most likely you would want to just eldritch mod and crafting bench, unless you are trying to make something much stronger and are okay with the risk of bricking it. 60 strands is a decent amount to have on a good item I think. If you hit another good mod and wanted to try and improve further, you might be able to use the new orb of unravelling to consume the shards for upgrades. I don't think there is downside to it, but it is about 1.5 Div currently. I don't know exactly how it works or if the value is justified for this item, but having the shards on there may have some value for those type of purposes.
