Standard Stash Shows 8 Orbs That Are Not Targetable

No idea what orbs they are, they're in the slot above Orb of Regret, the graphic in the slot shows a mid-gray orb but it can't be targeted: no tooltip, no cursor change, it's simply not there to be interacted with.

Since I don't know what orbs they are I have no idea what may have happened to them in the past.

I've not been in Standard for 2 or 3 years so no idea when this state happened.
