Unable to progress Eagon´s Quest Bug Report ID: #4080513085

Hi i first started playing in Trade did all 4 Voidstones and only interacted with 1 Memory Tear but didnt do any Eagon Quest Maps.
Then i went to play in a Private League and did 2 Questbosses from Eagon.
I migrated all (full migration) my Characters back to Trade.
Since then im supposed to "Find another Memory Tear in a Tier 16+ Map" which doesnt spawn because i already have a Memory Tear line revealed that i cant access by speaking to Eagon.

Is it possible to reset the complete Queststate somhow? I would love to be able to fully play the new Content but im unable to do so
