Eldritch Exalted Orb Not Working As Intended Since 3.26.0d Patch

It seems items sometimes do no allow you use Eldritch Exalted Orbs I have tested the following: Post patch gloves with full suffixes, lesser eater influence, greater exarch influence vs Eldritch Exalted Orb results in error: "Failed to apply item: This item may not have another suffix mod."   Pre-patch gloves with same affixes: Eldritch Exalted orb also failed to add a prefix. Pre-patch boots with same affixes Eldritch Exalted also failed to add a prefix Same pre-patch boots with full prefixes and two suffixes with Greater Eater and Lesser Exarch: Eldritch Exalted Orb successfully added a suffix It seems if you only have one open prefix the Eldritch Exalted Orb does not work.
