Fragments to Uber Elder Didn't Take Me to Uber Elders

Not sure if this is a game issue or I did it incorrectly, but: I inserted the fragment of shaper, fragment of knowledge, fragment of terror, and fragment of emptiness into my map to device and it opened six portals to Jungle Valley map instead of Uber Elder. I'm not sure what is going on. Bug Report ID: #46466367.

Fragments can be placed into a map device alongside a map to add a small amount of increased item quantity to the map.

The fragments must be placed into the map device without also placing a map inside.
