Which character are you posting about?

Because at least one of them certainly does;

I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...

No... actually, your images demonstrate that it has been used.

You have a Divine Mana Flask equipped. 8 / 42 charges get consumed on use. The thing is not going to abruptly look half-empty after being used. You're using a tiny portion of them.

This is your screenshot;

This is my screenshot of an actually full flask;

See the difference?

It's exactly as the image that I posted portrays.

You are sacrificing life when you press your mana flask... killing your character.

Rough. Did not realise that was a thing. Dangerous for HC if not paying attention.
Yea I was not using my flasks in those two screen shots but the last patch fixed the issue with this.
ngl I think you rerollimg your Mana Flask had a bit more to do with it…

Both of your screenshots showed it missing charges. Your character could not survive using it even a single time with its previous affixes. It is extremely obvious what happened here.
