[probably not a bug] Map modifier "buffs on players expire faster" reduces flask duration

"Runegraft of the Warp" Buffs on you expire 30% slower does not effect flasks. This is expected as flasks are not a "buff".

"Buffs on players expire X% faster" map mod does effect flasks.

This map modifier should not effect flasks. Unfortunately, this map modifier effecting flasks has an outsized influence on corruscating elixir, which already has to care about "reduced flask charges gained" mod.

Explaination of backend buff issues from Octavian. He mentions that "things that care about buff duration / buff effect" are a distinct category from "buffs" meaning any temporary effect on characters. As buff effect does not effect flasks, it seems obvious that buff duration should also not effect flasks.

EDIT: I might be hallucinating. I have temp chains on this map which made them blue, but actually timing it they look normal duration. IDK why they fell off twice in the opening of this map.......
