Bug can't shoot

I've recently been experiencing a bug where I can't shoot and need to log off to reset. This is not a stun as it last much longer than any stun and I have a Stun charm and it still happends often. I can no longer play this game and will be moving on because it causes me to die unless I log off to reset. What a bad experiance!
