Spectre Corpses not spawning at hideout

Hello, im having a problem(i dont know if this should happend,i belive it should'nt) after removing Raise Spectre Gem or attempting to spawn a corpse, it wont spawn.
Also when using the corpse item method, i can see how something explode in the ground.

Atm it happend to me with Perfect Hulking Miscreation and Perfect Blood Demon Corpses.

Perfect Forest Warrior: I can spawn this Spectre by removing the Gem or using the Corpse Item.

I can create corpses in a map, but will also be destroyed if im in the Sacred Groove.

Can confirm this happened to me too. Usually if I remove the spectre gem in H/O the corpses will show back up. But when I unequipped them today, the corpses disappeared, I even opened a map to check but there was no corpse waiting at the entrance. Unsure what happened. Standard BAMA spectres, Perfect Turtle, Perfect Blasphemer and Perfect Warlord
