Skills are disabled

I was clicking on the boxes to assign a skill to a weapon, and when I unclicked both boxes, the skill became unavailable. It was removed from my hot bar, and I could not reassign it. The skill description blanked out, and it just said this information is not available. The same thing happened when I tried with other skills.

That sounds like a temporary server glitch. Give it a bit of time and then try again.
