MortíferatusBeaalOv – "Unexpected disconnection / Failed to join any instance" after Trial bug (Ps5)

Hi GGG Support,

I'm experiencing a serious technical issue on Path of Exile 2 (console version).

My main character is now stuck after I attempted to enter a Trial of Chaos alongside another player. I got stuck in an infinite loading screen. I tried the workaround that used to work — force closing the game, switching characters, interacting with the portal until controller vibration, and switching back — but this time it failed.

Now, whenever I try to log into my main character, I receive the following error:

**“Unexpected disconnection – Failed to join any instance.”**

This happens consistently. Other characters on my account work fine — the issue is isolated to this specific character.

I’ve already tried:
- Restarting the game and console
- Switching characters and reloading different towns
- Inviting the stuck character to parties
- Clearing the cache

Please, I kindly ask that you **move my main character to a safe zone (e.g., a town instance)** or **reset the broken instance connection.** The character is currently unplayable.
