Not regenerating mana in a map that doesn't have a "Cannot regenerate mana" mod.

So I entered this Abomination map and noticed that my mana isn't regenerating. I have 18 mana regen/s and I know it works, cause I tested it in other maps.

There is a 111% reduced recovery or life/mana/es from LEECH mod on the map, but that in now way should affect my normal regular mana regen.
