controller smart flask broken with exarch altar mod

The "increased flask charges used" mod from exarch altars makes it so the controller smart flask feature no longer works correctly.

Tested with life flasks. One flask has 1 use, as indicated in the UI, but cannot be used because of the "increased flask charges used" mod. That is expected.

However, my second flask is completely full with 3 uses available.

If I press the button for the unusable flask, then the usable one will not be used. It should be used, due to the smart flask feature, and that is the case when this exarch mod is not in play.

In this situation, if I manually activate the second flask with its own button press, then it is used correctly. This proves that the flask is usable and that it should be used by the first flasks button press, which is not happening.

Still broken 1 league later.
