Memory Thread not Spawning

Unsure if a bug or not but I'm fully specced into Memory thread chance, 100+ maps since the update and he never spawns. Eagon had an active thread at the time of the patch that I finished about 3 days after. But haven't seen a single thread show up since then. Others I know get one every 5-7 maps

Same with full passives for chance and running t16 maps: no memory tears to take a memory thread.
Also, I remember a strange thing that the memory thread maps were level lower, than the map on the atlas (maybe inserted voidstones interferred with that) and the level of the maps in the thread was like t8, which is also strange because the memory tears spawn only on on t14+ maps (and the origin of the thread should be connected to the map where it found) |

Same for me, over 150 maps since completing the quest and haven't seen a single one. Kirac missions don't seem to help. (Standard)

Same for me well over 100 maps (22 of which were originator maps) at t16 while specced into the increased chance in all 3 of my atlas trees

I had this same problem, 50+ t16+ maps without any thread spawning. Then removed Jun (Betrayal) and used the nodes that reduces extra content, and with the top nodes that increased thread chance I got 3 threads in about 12 maps.
