Frequent GPU driver/Game crashes

Game keeps CONSTANTLY crashing during any random actions, whether it be in maps, entering locations, Kingsmarch ...

No specific steps to reproduce, sometimes it can run for couple of hours without issue, sometimes it crashes multiple times per map.

Tested with GPU drivers:
25.3.1
25.6.1

No other game has this issue on my PC, already tried all HW troubleshooting steps and everyrthing seems healthy.
Path of Exile is the only game with this issue.

It makes the game really unplayable and I'm writing this report out of anger. Since league start, I must have had 80+ crashes.

The nature of crashes differs. Sometimes the game can stand it and it only reloads everything, sometimes it crashes the game, sometimes it crashes whole Windows and restarts PC.

Issue still happens in 3.26d

happening since 3.26 launchs on jun 13 and keep happening in 3.26.0d for me =\

+1 the same with my Game. Had 6+ Crashes in random situations today, from Hideout to Maps

Same happens to me on W10, costant random crashes in maps, when alt-tabbing, no error messages, nothing in client.txt. Also POE caused 3 blue screens in one day yesterday
