Stolen card from boss not dropping (divitation scarab of pilfering)

Like in topic, using "divitation scarab of pilfering" on Cementery map t16 boss, not dropping me cards twice, any, total 0 drop, it's actualy bug i guess, because small value cards also not drop and also not duplicate.

I've been noticing something odd here as well. Using 4x Div scarab of Plenty, along with a single Div scarab of pilfering. I've run Dunes (scried with Basilica) probably at least 2 dozen times and the final boss NEVER drops any cards. I have sometimes even invested in Divination chisels. Nothing, not even common global div card drops.

On other maps, you see how many div cards the boss is empowered by under their name/title. Most of the time, nothing there with this setup. Strangely though once in a while it says, "Empowered by 0 Divination cards" which makes no sense to me.
