Lost Shipments from Lost In Transit passive are empty on Sepulchre Map.

The Lost Shipment chests that spawn in place of Ore Veins with the Lost In Transit passive are completely empty if they spawn in the Sepulchre maps - This has happened twice to me on this specific map. My Item Filter is not hiding anything, they are just completely devoid of items.
