Game Freeze + Map fog reset

Hello,

As per title, the game would freeze at times, then the map fog would reset.
It's not a GPU driver crash (when I alt+tab during the freeze, everything else is ok).
Event viewer doesn't have any system related errors either.
Tried changing the upscaling method in the game also. Latest Nvidia driver. (both DLSS and NIS)
It's a fresh windows install and it did the same before installing new windows.
Also, many times when I start the game, it will lock itself to 50 FPS. The only way to make it work is to restart the computer.
There isn't a specific situation when it crashes or a particular map. Sometimes I'm bossing and gets me killed, sometimes I'm mapping.

All this being said, it's down to the engine, not related to my PC. Every other game works fine.

EDIT: This happens on DirectX12.
EDIT 2: Can confirm that on Vulkan everything is ok now. Only DirectX12 creates issues.

Ryzen 7800x3D
Nvidia 4060ti
32Gb DDR5
Windows 11 pro build 24H2

been having the same issues all league, sometimes multiple times per map, can happen while afking in hideout too

Been happening all league here as well, except that I'm getting mostly throw into a pc restart or a BSOD.
There's no reason to try different driver versions or new windows as this is happening only in poe, it's all over redit and GGG keeps dead silent about it.

switched to vulkan as the OP suggested and i havent had it happen since then
