Unable to start memory tear through eagon

Hello, I was playing in a private league and merged "all" into normal Mercenaries league.

After this happened the memory tear that was ongoing in the Mercenary league (cause i had 1 character there already) has become stuck.

I can see the memory thing on the map, there are 3 maps left - hovering it tells me to speak to eagon to start the map. Speaking to eagon there is no option to actually start up the map.

So I'm basiclly "locked out" of doing memory tear's and the asociated maps...

plz help :)
