I'm still taking full reflected damage even with this setup, there are no damage increase affixes on the map

Reflected damage is affected by any increased damage taken effects. Shock, Beyond debuffs, Berserker, etc. If you have 100% reduced reflected and 50% shock, then you need 150% reduced reflected.

Likewise, if you're reflecting on a physical reflect map, your chest implicit is causing you to convert the reflected physical to elemental.

Moreso convoluted systems you would never know until it affects you. But yes :P.. it's working as designed. Change the armor implicit and hope you never get a debuff that increases physical damage taken if you want to run phys reflect maps.
