Headhunter on mercenary, stealing fleeing monster mod breaking AI

I'm currently playing an aurabot with a carry kineticist mercenary wearing Headhunter. Sadly I have many maps getting bricked from this interaction (I assume), my mercenary will just flee non-stop without attacking (even after the 4s flee of the buff).

I hope there will be a change preventing our merc from inheriting this behaviour.

After some more testing it seems that when your merc teleport while they have the fleeing mod they can bug out and flee permanently (without the visual effect of phase run they usually have while fleeing).

I recorded a short video of it happening (at the start the mercenary has the fleeing debuff and flee for 4s / attack 4s as the buff is supposed to do but after that his AI break and he permanently flees I have to return to my hideout to reset her).

Trickster headhunter buff completely breaks merc functionality. Hopefully GGG can hotfix this for us.

Is there another workaround ? Cuz it's not really realistic when doing Evolution scarab, you just lose the buff
