Best way to craft a Life on block Shield ?

Already got the Shaper Base i wanna use preferably also want spell suppression on it any tips?

Maybe try craft of exile. You want two suffix one has life tag, the other no tag. Maybe something like pristine fossil and corroded to block elemental.

Shaper orb on base with 3 prefixes and suppression is probably the best way to do it. 1 in 7 chance if base ilvl < 75.
