"Laugh at my silly mistakes" thread

I invite people to post their funny POE mistakes here for some comic relief.

To start it off:

Today while leveling a new character in act 2 I suddenly noticed my character had Soul Eater! I had no idea how this happened until I was about to actually post a bug report ("Character randomly gets Soul Eater during campaign, please fix") and typed /bug in chat for the logs.
A few lines earlier in the chat - "Omen of the Soul Devourer in your inventory has been consumed". I had picked the omen from the rituals in the northern forest area and forgot about it a minute later...

I traded in Div cards for Chaos orbs and then sold them by mistake. smh
