Incarnation of Dread bug

After dying while asked to bring the blue petal (for the 3rd time i think) to the incarnation of dread it got bugged, both blue and red petal spawn but neither work when i bring them to it, and no more petal spawn after that, i tried in diferent order too first blue and then red or red and then blue but doesnt work at all.

This bug still occurs, it has not been fixed. Just softlocked in uber version of this fight.
