Purchase disappears

i bought "kirac's vault" in game
as the progress progressed, I unlocked "Harmony mystery box"
but after I claimed the reward, he disappeared and I didn't get anything.

What disappeared? When you open the chest, the mystery box goes into your microtransaction stash for you to open, not your inventory.

If you opened an MTX from the mystery box, then it should either be at the very top of your MTX list for a brief moment as a new MTX, or it will be under whatever category the MTX falls under.
