Wings of Entropy Skin Application – Only Affects One Side?

Hey all,

I’m using Wings of Entropy and tried applying a weapon skin, but it only seems to affect one side. Since it’s technically a two-handed weapon that counts as dual wielding, I’m guessing it’s an edge case?

I found a thread from 2014 asking the same thing, but no clear answer. So just to confirm:
Is there any way to make a skin or glamour apply to both sides of Wings of Entropy?
