Unable to enter a map portal.

I was playing a t14 cold river map Al-Hezmin, The Hunter, however after i died during boss fight, when i tried to enter the portal i got immediately disconnected. The portal doesnt get consumed after clicking it and getting disconnected. Before my death, I used a portal scroll on a starway into bossfight pit.
