Game Crashes and performance issues and no help or seaming care for yrs

I have played, err sry i meant i have tried to play this game since the 1st day it came out on console several yrs ago, couple yrs back i went to pc and using controller as sony has rubbed me the wrong way, i have had issues since day 1, on either device, i hear of people talk about launches and im like what, what are you talking about thats what happens to me most of the time. i spend give or take half the time trying to get into and stay into the game.

example, finally get in and make it to my hideout play a map and it loads each time and only half min to min to get in each time, put next map in with map scarabs, to try and get more of the maps to get the connected map of one i lost due to crash, but it did the same thing as earlier and crashed after i started the map, this after one earlier where i lost map, scarab and divine vessel, just trying to get a lil ol side god pwr, hrs down the drain and no more maps of lvl, this would've took streamer 2/3 mins, maybe 5/10 for reg person, so tired of trying to play this game i love so much, and believe is a great game but the lack of help and care towards me over the yrs from the ones GGG has hired is making me jaded. [each time i spend at least 15 mins trying to get back in after crash and it just freezes on log in screen or loading into game and takes me trying for least 20 mins to over hr but having lost it all already]

fix the crashing and performance, show ya care and stop saying ya wont help, im using an omen pc ive already given the specs to, and while ive only tried to get help few times over the yrs its a lot for me to try, especially when i keep getting that they cant help me in support, wont even try, but ive never had my issues addressed or fixed in all these yrs and money spent, should get money back or how about the money back for packs and cosmetics, i even rebought stash tabs n more on pc after GGG said that stuff would transfer, my stupid self got them again only this time it was different bundle and i got ones i never use like dely which i have one thing in... like stop screwing me over, and not saying there trying to but regardless its still happing and im finally saying something.
