Bug Report : Ultimatum Only Spawns Stone Circles

Frequency of Occurrence:Appears in 95%+ of Ultimatum encounters (Only Stone Circle mode appears in the vast majority of attempted Ultimatum encounters.)

In the Ultimatum league mechanic of Path of Exile, I have observed that regardless of the map or terrain, the challenges offered by the Ultimatum consistently appear as "Stone Circles" only. I have conducted extensive testing across various maps, including white, yellow, and red tiers, as well as maps with different layouts.

The Ultimatum mechanic should randomly offer a variety of challenge modes, to provide a diverse gameplay experience.

In the Ultimatum mechanic, all challenge modes other than "Stone Circles" do not appear.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter any map.

Activate an Ultimatum encounter.

Observe the type of Ultimatum challenge presented.

The challenge type consistently appears as "Stone Circles"; other modes do not appear.
