Heist - contract: the negotiation

Unable to escape the heist, since Kurai wont open any doors on the way out.

After negotiating a minute or two passes and nothing happens, I decide to start leaving and get out without the lockdown initiating. Seeing the quest promts me to go back in and negotiate I reenter and go all the way back to Vic. Before entering the room he is standing in the lockdown triggers and now Im locked behind the doors leading out without the ability to open the door.

Happened to me aswell, any fix for this yet? im stuck in the mansion, cant exit because he wont open the door at the end of the room.
