Console Controller Recombinator Issue

Im not able to access my weapons or even use the recombinator itself, I've tried switching from hideout to kingsmarch. Still no fix. The weapon on the left side is full of mods and coveres my gear area, and I can only scroll from boots to gloves and helm or neck.. I cannot hover to the recomb button or even grab the weapons from the machine as well. I dont know what to do please help or fix this menu in a way you can exit your inventory to only use the recombinator itself.. ty
