Get fractured base. Spam int essence until hit attack speed/chaos res. Annul 3rd suffix and prefix/start over. Lock suffixes, reforge with chaos/speed. If cast speed, start over. Annul 3rd prefix/start over, lock suffixes, reforge with life. Annul 3rd prefix/start over. Craft mana cost.
For T1 mods repeat many times or maybe use new currency. |
