Zealotry on Cruel Mistress doesn't work

relevant: Cruel Mistress fighting an Unique mob (wild mercenary), yet no consecrated ground is being made at all. She has Envy AND Zealotry (You can see the Zealotry buff on me, but never the consecrated/fungal ground one) |

This was working a couple weeks ago but has broken again. Let a gearless CM fight through some maps and it didn't proc.
