Voidstones

I have killed the first Maven, Eater and searing exarch and none of them dropped my voidstone after completion. Talked to Kirac and he had nothing. Ran another tier 16 map and nothing. Am I doing something wrong? I posted this in the bug forum also in hopes to get help. Sent an email to support and told me to come here?
